How long does it take?
Most custom pieces are finished in 7-14 days from approval of the CAD design.
Can you use my own gold or stones?
Absolutely. We can melt down old jewelry and reuse stones from heirloom pieces — many customers prefer this for sentimental reasons.
Do I have to pay for the design before I see it?
No. The initial consultation and CAD preview are free. You only pay once you approve the design and we begin casting.
Can you copy a piece I saw online?
In most cases, yes — as long as it’s not a trademarked design. Bring us a photo and we’ll let you know.
